In January of 1935, the Founder Seiichi was still poor and he called upon God, saying that if God didn't save him, he would commit suicide by throwing himself into the river. Then, in the evening of January 18, God suddenly appeared through Mr. Yasutaka Sato, a fellow dealer. Speaking through Mr. Sato, God predicted the market prices, allowing Seiichi and his party to make a great deal of money by following God's predictions. Seiichi continued to follow God’s advice and he became very wealthy, and his great success led Seiichi to have a deep faith in God.
Thereafter, Seiichi and his party gathered every month on the night of 11th of every month. They prayed to God, asking for prosperity and happiness, and talked among themselves about the mighty works of God. These celebrations were halted during the Second World War, but they resumed the meetings after 1945. After the war, more people joined this celebration to receive God's blessings.
